We are honored to have A.R. Nadwi, as a leading faculty member at Al Ma’hadun Nadwi in Chittagong. Renowned for his deep scholarly commitment & extensive teaching experience, Professor Nadwi brings a wealth of knowledge & enthusiasm to the world of Arabic education.

Professor Nadwi currently serves as an Associate Professor of Arabic at the prestigious International Islamic University Chittagong. His academic journey is marked by significant milestones, including his ongoing Ph.D. research in the Department of Arabic at the Islamic University, Kushtia, which reflects his dedication to advancing Arabic studies.

Before embarking on his formal academic journey, Professor Nadwi completed his Hifzul Qur’an at Jameah Quraniah Arabiah Lalbag, Dhaka, laying a spiritual & intellectual foundation that would enrich his subsequent scholarly pursuits. This accomplishment not only deepened his understanding of the Arabic language but also enriched his spiritual insights, which he passionately shares with his students.

Professor Nadwi’s foundational education began at Darul Uloom Nadwatul Ulama, Lucknow, U.P. India, where he pursued an extensive course of study that laid the groundwork for his future academic achievements. He completed his Sanuvia Khamesah, equivalent to an S.S.C., followed by the Alia Saniah, aligning with his high school education. He then earned his Alemiyyah & Uliah Ulla qualifications, which are comparable to Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, respectively.

Building upon this solid foundation, Professor Nadwi further advanced his scholarly pursuits at the University of Dhaka, where he completed both his M.A. and M.Phil. in Arabic. These advanced degrees further solidified his expertise & prepared him for a distinguished career in teaching & research.
